What do you sell/provide? Business support, together with outsourcing resources for admin and marketing. We give more time to do what clients love as, our team are covering their day to day to-do list.

When did you start? March 2011.

What is the business’s greatest achievement so far? Multi awards: VA of the Year North East 2019 most recent.

Where are you from? Virtual Hand is based in Ossett.

How did you get into this business? Researched for about 18 months, it matches my EA/PA background and then lost my job so went all in.

What do you enjoy most about your business? Helping business owners to find more time and stop doing the stuff they don’t like or don’t want to do.

If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out in business, what would it be? Be all in, try everything and ask everyone questions, there’s so much support out there.
